Introduction

Cunningham Landscaping is a Landscaping company based in Athlone that serves the midland counties of Westmeath, Longford, Roscommon and Offaly. The company was formed in 2006 by Christy Cunningham. Christy has won National maintenance and all Ireland work awards and has given tutorials in the broad spectrum of gardening and Landscape Design.

Christy and his team have over 40 years collective experience in Soft and Hard landscaping. Soft Landscaping is the correct selection of Plants, trees and shrubs for the given task and the implementation of same including rotovation, seeding, turfing and mulching. Hard landscaping refers to the structural construction involved in Landscaping i.e. paving, decking, wall building, rock and water features, pergola and gazebo construction.

Our current projects in Athlone are Athlone Springs Hotel, the River Village Business and Shopping Centre. The Drumaconn development for McInerneys at Cornamaddy where we have also designed the show house gardens.

Cunningham Landscaping has travelled nationally this year and completed many successful projects in Clarenbridge, Ennis and Cong.
We have also provided landscape solutions for leading Hotel “Lisloughry Lodge” in Co.Mayo.

We are one of the few companies in Ireland to sow and maintain Wildflower Meadows which can be a landscape solution to areas of poor soil quality.
